Number of Vacancies: 5 Male Workers

Requirements:

• Age: 20–40 years old

• Height: 165 cm or above

• Weight: around 55 kg

• Good health condition

• Skilled in welding (semi-automatic)

• Education: High school graduate

Salary:

• Basic Salary: Approximately ¥170,000/month (excluding overtime)

• Take-home Pay: Equivalent to ¥180,000–¥200,000/month (around 30–35 million VND)

Additional Information:

• Overtime: 2–4 hours/day (according to Japanese labor regulations)

• Insurance: As regulated by Japanese law

• First-month allowance from the supervising union: ¥60,000–¥70,000
